Spanish Film Festival is a unique film exhibition initiative allowing people based in Amsterdam and broader audiences to discover and engage with a carefully honed selection of cinema from Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
The Spanish Film Festival takes place from October 5th to 9th in Amsterdam. Please find the information about our festival locations in Amsterdam here.
We offer a selection of cinema from Spain and Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.
ASFF was launched, organized, and solidly programmed by Sin Fin Cinema. The Spanish Film Festival is organized throughout the year by a very small core team, which is supplemented annually with new team members in the run-up to the festival.
To make the festival possible, many volunteers help in different functions every year. If you want to become a volunteer, write an email to Ana Castán at coordinator@sinfincinema.com. More information here.
ASFF interviews have interpreters for English-Spanish or vice versa when needed.
All films will have subtitles in English. If otherwise, this will be stated on our website.

Every year we work together with many different schools around Amsterdam. We provide special screenings for them accompanied by activities that help them improve their Spanish.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the tickets. You should probably just see both films!
Yes, if the corresponding cinema allows it. For this edition of the festival, that is the case for LAB111 and Eye Filmmuesum.
All ticketing for ASFF 2023 is online. You will receive e-tickets via e-mail as a PDF to print or scan from your phone at the cinema.

We offer a student discount. Prices vary per venue, so check accordingly.
