Stichting ASFF – Spanish Film festival (hereafter: SFF) respects your privacy. The processing of personal data shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to the Spanish Film Festival.
By means of this data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.
SFF will only collect personal data if you have chosen to provide this yourself. SFF will use this data only for the purpose for which you provide the data to us. If you have requested information from us on activities, products and services, SFF will process the data in order to fulfill this request. If you send an (open) job application, we will process your details as part of the standard application procedure.
SFF may decide to retain certain details and provide these, if necessary, to protect the rights of SFF or third parties. In other cases, SFF will not pass on your personal details to third parties without your permission, unless we are obliged to do so by law.

With every purchase, we save your name and email address to send you the e-tickets. As a result of an online purchase, you can receive an email before or after the performance to inform you about practical matters regarding the performance and your visit or for customer satisfaction surveys. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes.
Under no circumstances will data be provided to third parties (other than co-organizers of the performance you visited) without your explicit permission.
Access to the film
Access to the film is only possible upon presentation of a valid film ticket.
There is no consideration time for purchased tickets.
Tickets cannot be rescheduled under normal circumstances. Contact us for a special request.
Cancellation of the performance
If the performance is canceled, the visitor is entitled to a refund of the purchase amount.
We adhere to the rules as laid down by NICAM in the Kijkwijzer. In connection with compliance with these rules, identification may be requested by our employees. If the visitor is unable or unwilling to submit this or if it appears that the visitor does not comply with the rules, access will be refused and no refund will be made. Spanish Filmfestival is careful when it comes to providing up-to-date and reliable information to visitors to this website. We hire professional photographers & videographers during the festival to registrate our events for promotional goals. These photos and videos are in no way connected to your name, email or other personal data. Photos and videos can be published on our website, news letter, social media and other promotional outlets. Additionally they are saved on our secured server. Should you not want us to use or save any pictures of you, please let us know by email.
To prevent abuse we can ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
The information that Google and WordPress collects is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google and WordPress on servers in the United States.
You can only delete cookies yourself, as they are stored on your computer. Consult the manual of your browser to do so.
