About Eduardo

Eduardo Casanova (Madrid, March 24, 1991) is a Spanish actor, screenwriter and director. He is mainly known for his role as Fidel in the TV series Aída.

In 2016, Eduardo directed his first feature film ‘Pieles‘, starring Candela Peña, Macarena Gómez, Ana Polvorosa, Secun de la Rosa, Carmen Machi and Jon Kortajarena among others. The film, produced by Álex de la Iglesia, Carolina Bang and Kiko Martínez, participated in the official Panorama section of the Berlinale and in the Malaga Film Festival that same year.

In 2017 he participated in the film by Álvaro Díaz Lorenzo ‘Señor dame paciencia‘ in which he plays Carlos, the youngest son of the leading family.

Eduardo visited in 2017 for our 3rd edition of the festival in Amsterdam to present these two amazing films, accompanied by producer Carolina Bang!
