Reyes gained international acclaim as the lead in Terminator: Dark Fate, produced by James Cameron and directed by Tim Miller. She also starred in Birds of Passage (Pájaros de Verano, 2018), directed by Academy Award nominees Ciro Guerra and Cristina Gallego, which opened the 50th Directors’ Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival.

Born in Bogotá on February 6, Reyes began acting at the age of nine in a musical theater company, where she trained for seven years. She later graduated from The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York (2013).

Her filmography includes the Danish feature Brakland (2018), Peter Webber’s Pickpockets (2018), Sumergible (2020), Tomorrow Before After (2023), and Shadow Force (2025) alongside Kerry Washington and Omar Sy.

In 2025, she premiered It Would Be Night in Caracas at the Venice Film Festival, directed by Mariana Rondón and Marité Ugas, and Noviembre at the Toronto Film Festival, directed by Tomás Corredor. Looking ahead to 2026, she stars in the Spanish dramedy Better Class, directed by Víctor García León and In The Valley of Shadows alongside Gael García Bernal.

Beyond acting, Reyes is a passionate advocate for sustainability and the preservation of nature. She has collaborated with global organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), serving as an ambassador for environmental and social causes.
