The Amsterdam Spanish Film Festival offers more than just screenings, turning each visit into a full cultural experience.

Kick off the festival with a spectacular Opening Night celebrating Spanish cinema!
The evening begins with the pre-opening premiere of Las Delicias del Jardín, followed by a Q&A with director and actor Fernando Colomo and Pablo Colomo.
Then the premiere of the Golden Shell and Goya-winning film Los Domingos.
Followed by Q&A with actress Mabel Rivera
Double-bill combo tickets available for both screenings, including a reception with Spanish wine and bites between the films.

Alba Flores, internationally recognized for her role in La casa de papel, embarks on a deeply personal journey in Flores para Antonio, a moving documentary that explores the life and legacy of her father, the legendary musician Antonio Flores.
After the screening, co-director Elena Molina will join the audience for a special Q&A to share insights into the creative process behind the film and the personal journey of bringing Antonio Flores’ memory back to the screen.

On Sunday, discover our new festival venue and join The Brunch Party, celebrating Latin Pride section in collaboration with The Latin Experience & Air Europa.
Start the day with us at 11:00 AM with coffee and pastries. Then indulge in a delicious brunch before the premiere of Aún es de noche en Caracas, followed by Q&A with main actress Natalia Reyes.
After the Q&A, the celebration continues: music and a live DJ, transforming the venue into a festive gathering to celebrate Latin American culture together.

Continue celebrating the opening of the festival on Saturday with another special double screening. The evening begins with the sharp and brilliant comedy La Cena, followed by a Q&A with acclaimed actor Alberto San Juan.
The night continues with La Mujer de la Fila, presented by the producers Tomás Eloy Muñoz Lázaro and Valeria Bistagnino, who will attend the Premiere and meet the audience.

Join us for an exclusive and celebratory Premiere of Ramón Gieling’s latest film, The Songs, honouring his remarkable cinematic career. Key members of the team will attend to share behind-the-scenes insights, discuss the creative process, and answer questions from the audience.

Join us for a special gala evening celebrating one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Spanish cinema. The second Honorary Gieling Award Gala takes place at the magnificent Pathé Tuschinski and features the Dutch premiere of Tre Citiole (Three Goodbyes). Followed by a Q&A with director Isabel Coixet

Join us for the posthumous Premiere of Emergency Exit, the final film starring the legendary Marisa Paredes.
Directed by Lluís Miñarro, who will attend the screening, this special event offers a unique opportunity to discover the film and hear first-hand insights into its creative process.

Celebrate 50 years of creativity, innovation, and cultural impact with the international premiere of El eco de otras voces, an intimate and multifaceted portrait of legendary Spanish fashion designer Adolfo Domínguez. Followed by Q&A with director and Adolfo Dominguez Group, Adriana Domínguez

Celebrating the cultural ties between Portugal and Spain, this special event highlights the shared spirit.
