About Paco

Paco León (born 4 October 1974) is a Spanish actor, producer, director, screenwriter and activist from Seville, Andalusia. He is brother of the also actress María León and son of Carmina Barrios.

Beginning as a comedy performer, he rose to prominence in sketch show ‘Homo Zapping‘, and in TV series ‘Aída‘, playing the main character Luisma.

He gained more prominence for his role in the Netflix series ‘The House of Flowers‘, and writing, directing, and starring in Movistar’s ‘Arde Madrid‘.

Apart from the TV series, Paco also directed the acclaimed films ‘Carmina o revienta‘ and ‘Carmina y amén‘ about his real mother, and the smash hit ‘Kiki, el amor se hace‘, in which he also starred.

In addition, he has also been the protagonist of films such as ‘No lo llames amor… llámalo X‘, ‘Embarazados‘, ‘7 años‘, ‘Toc toc‘ and ‘La tribu‘, film that he presented at the 2018 edition of the ASFF!

Paco has ben awarded several times with three Silver Frames, an Actors Union Award, Two Gold TP, Three Television Academy Awards and an Ondas Award.
