Aún es de noche en Caracas, directed by Mariana Rondón and Marité Ugás, follows Adelaida, a woman trying to survive in a collapsing Caracas after the death of her mother. When armed militia take over her apartment, she is forced to hide in a neighboring flat, where she discovers the body of a Spanish woman.
Trapped in a hostile city and confined with a man she cannot fully trust, Adelaida must navigate fear, uncertainty, and isolation. As escape becomes her only option, she realizes that survival may require abandoning her identity and assuming another. Blending psychological tension with political reality, the film explores exile, displacement, and the fragile sense of belonging in a society on the brink of collapse.
